3XD Website Design & Broker Portal
This project was undertaken utilising our own branding and logo design process, which let us really dive into the business and understand who they were, what their USPS were, and what their business objectives were. The end result was a mixture of their vision and our creative expertise merged together into a final logo design and brand guideline.

Objective:
A full website and broker portal redesign to refresh the outdated site, create a modern looking website and improve usability within the broker portal area.
Another purpose of the redesign was to create visual consistency between the group website (Brown & Brown) and company (3XD).
Improve the look and UX of the website & broker portal
The development of the website was handled in-house, so our role was to provide design prototypes in adobe XD for both the front end website and backend broker portal, showcasing nuances within the designs such as interactive elements and ensuring the customers journey is smooth.
The Website Design
The website design itself was created using existing branding elements from both the company and the group, utilising the existing site structure and backend processes.

The Broker Portal
The broker portal element of this project required understanding the current system and its limitations, with a view to alleviate friction points and create a more user-centric environment for the brokers that use the portal.
